Aftermarketing is an important part of our service offering and the role and demand for services alongside our products is growing. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for the Group’s aftermarketing and coordination of service activities, as well as creating positive customer experiences even in challenging situations where technical support and rapid assistance on site is required. Your day-to-day work will include pre-sales work, handling and scheduling complaints and service work, and problem solving. Through your work, you will ensure customer satisfaction and improve the customer service experience by making their daily lives easier, together with your team of electrical panel installers and subcontractors.

What will it take for you to succeed?

• Relevant electrical engineering education and/or experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of building electrics and/or electricity distribution
• Natural interpersonal and presentation skills, firmness, negotiation skills and emotional intelligence required for the job
• Experience in front office work, project management and an understanding of the contractor sector
• Fluency in English
