We collaborate closely with local educational institutions at various levels of education. We provide schools with knowledge and expertise, and offer students opportunities to familiarize themselves with working life, different professions, and sectors in a practical and safe way, as part of our work community.
We offer students from various fields opportunities for on-the-job learning and internships, as well as the chance to carry out various performance assessments or project works during their placement. At our company, individual students and student groups regularly undertake various project works as well as their final/thesis projects.
